Delivery to USA

Typical delivery timeframe to the USA is 7-10 working days for all of our products, however these may arrive sooner. Most orders are shipped with a tracking number so that you can track your product every step of the way. Some packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays. 

Delivery to the UK

Typical delivery timeframe is between 4-6 working days when ordering most of our pet beds, dog jackets, scratching posts and Kong products. However please do allow 7-10 working days for delivery on all of our products, however these may arrive sooner.
